NURSERY NEWS

Please help me welcome Sanja Hozdic as our new nursery attendant. Sanja will be in the nursery from 8:00 AM until Noon every Sunday. The nursery is available, free of charge to parents attending worship or education at Augustana. During the 10:30 worship, volunteers will be in the nursery with Sanja.

Augustana's nursery is always in need of additional volunteer workers for the 10:30 worship. If you could donate a few hours each month caring for infants and toddlers, please contact Carol Carpenter, or leave a message in the Augustana's office (303-388-4678).

KID CONNECTION

Join other parents with infants and toddlers as we gather Friday mornings for Kid Connection. Bring the kids and join us 9:30-11:30 a.m. every friday morning in the Anna Paulson or Youth Room. Child care is provided so that parents can enjoy informational programs, crafts, Bible study or just some much needed grown up conversation. SPLASH

Have you been splashed? Splash supports parents of baptized children. A monthly newsletter connects parents and children (even infants) to faith nourishment for the whole family. Love & Logic

Again this year we will be offering the 6 week parenting class Parenting with Love and Logic.

Love and Logic offers parenting strategies by Foster Cline and Jim Fay and will be presented by Rolf & Lisa Stavig, trained facilitators in the program. At this point we are trying to determine what time might work best for the most families. We are considering either Saturday morning or Sunday during Education Hour as possible alternatives to the evening class we offered in the past.
